Our working principle can be summarized briefly:
We will approach any project as if we were in your shoes
Since we are entrepreneurs like our customers, we are looking at every project from this perspective. i.e. in software projects we will always try to find the right trade off between time to market and application scope. And we will do a proper consideration of make versus buy.
This basic principle breaks down to a comprehensive set of rules for our work: We will only accept projects, where we are 100% certain that they fit to our competence profile so that delivery will happen on time and in the right quality.
We are strictly neutral in our consulting approach. We do not have sales partnerships with software vendors. We will only recommend an external solution, which we would buy ourselves, if we were in your shoes.
We will only recommend to you to do a development project with us if a) there is no suitable solution outside or b) the existing ones are not available at reasonable license or usage fees so that an internal development is justified.
We will reduce to the max, i.e. we will focus on the core of your application. Features, where development time is not in relation to value added will not be considered.
Consulting tasks will no end up in beautiful Powerpoints but in measurable results.
